We are a private client-centered spa. Therefore, all appointments need to be secured with a valid credit card. Scheduling changes must be made via phone by the close of business the previous day to avoid a fee for the full amount of your service. Three or more scheduling changes will also result in a fee for the full amount. Since we strive to provide personal service to our clients. No-shows and cancellations impact upon us significantly.
